My name is Kristina, or Bo. I am twenty-one, and am originally from Passau, Germany. I spent most of my childhood growing up in Dubai, UAE, but have also spent some time in Turkey, and the United States. I recently graduated with my Baking and Pastry Associates from the Culinary Institute of America, and am now attending Cornell University for Hotel Administration. I have a particular interest in food and beverage management, and look to open my own plant-based, fine dining experience in the future. Outside of class/work, I enjoy working on sustainability initiatives (ie. farmer’s markets, community gardens), cooking/fermenting local fruits and vegetables, and baking!
